Sometimes telling the client “no” IS servicing the client.

Sometimes telling a Creative “no” IS protecting the work.

Every Creative should work client side. The 7 years I spent client side were invaluable. You learn perspective, empathy, and how to sell work.

B2B creative is easier than B2C. But great B2B creative is harder.

Your people, the work, and the client. One is never more important than the other. Keep all three in focus.

Everyone is going through something. Don’t be an asshole.

If you don’t use an oxford comma, you’re doing it wrong, and we can’t be friends.
